KDJA organizes SUKMA XXI Photography & Videography Competition Sarawak 2024

KUCHING: To invigorate the spirit of the XXI Sarawak Malaysia Games (SUKMA) 2024, the Kuching Divisional Journalists Association (KDJA) is organizing a photography and videography competition open to all Malaysians from 12 to 24 August.

The total prize offered in this competition is RM15,500 which will be divided into three main categories, namely open photography, youth photography and videography.

For the open photography category, the winner will receive cash of RM3,000, second place RM2,000, third place RM1,000 and five consolation prizes worth RM200 each.

For the winner of the youth category, johan will receive RM2,000, second place RM1,000, third place RM750 and five consolation prizes worth RM100 each.

The youth category is open to school, college and university students in Malaysia.

Meanwhile, for the videography category, johan will receive RM2,000, second place RM1,000, third place RM750 and five consolation prizes worth RM100 each.

To appreciate the media's role during SUKMA XXI Sarawak 2024, the KDJA also organized a 'Picture and Article of the Day' competition from 16 to 25 August where the best pictures and articles have a chance to win RM100 every day.
